Privacy Notice
Life Echo Vault stores the account name and email address you provide, your written memories, photographs you upload, membership status, and PayPal transaction or subscription identifiers used to confirm access.
Your private content
Memories and photographs are connected to your account and are not displayed publicly. Photographs are stored privately and opened through temporary secure links.
Payments and service providers
Payments are completed through PayPal. Life Echo Vault does not receive or store your complete card or bank-account details. The service uses Floot for website hosting, account data, database storage, private file storage, and operational email.
Trusted family access
If you invite a trusted person, we store the name, email address, relationship information you provide, and the access status needed to operate that feature. Access does not begin automatically after death or inactivity. The invited person must sign in with the same email address that received the invitation and accept it before access becomes active. While the grant remains active, that person can view the memories, photographs, videos, voice recordings, and timeline in your vault. Their access is read-only, they cannot edit or delete your content, and you can revoke access at any time.
Your choices
You can delete photographs and memories from your vault. To request help with your account or deletion of your entire account, Contact Support.
Security and retention
Life Echo Vault is hosted on Floot. Traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and the database and private file storage are stored on managed infrastructure with provider-level encryption at rest. Life Echo Vault does not describe the service as zero-knowledge or client-side encrypted. Private media is delivered through temporary secure links rather than public file URLs. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security. Information is kept while your account remains open or as reasonably needed for payment records, security, and legal obligations.
