Family stories

Preserve the stories your family will wish they still had.

Family history is more than names, dates and photographs. It is the sound of a voice, the story behind a picture, the tradition everyone remembers, and the small details that make a person feel real.

Private by design. You decide what gets shared and with whom.

Keep the story behind the photograph

Old photographs often survive longer than the stories attached to them. A picture may remain in a drawer for decades while the names, places and moments behind it slowly disappear.

Life Echo Vault lets you keep a photograph together with the memory that gives it meaning. Add the story in writing, record it in your own voice, or include a short video so the next generation receives more than an image.

  • Attach photos to written memories
  • Record a voice memory in your own words
  • Add an approximate year to build a Life Timeline

Capture family traditions before they fade

Recipes, holiday routines, sayings, nicknames, family jokes and the stories that get repeated at the kitchen table are all part of family history.

You do not need to write a biography all at once. One memory at a time can become a meaningful record of the people, places and traditions that shaped your family.

Share carefully, not publicly

Life Echo Vault is designed as a private memory space rather than a public social network. You decide when a memory stays private and when you want someone else to see it.

Legacy members can also give one trusted family member or friend read-only access to the wider vault. That one-person limit applies only to full-vault Trusted Family Access; individual memories can be shared separately and privately with chosen email recipients.

START WITH ONE MEMORY

A family story does not have to be famous to be worth preserving.

Start with one photograph, one voice, or one memory you never want your family to lose.
